今や誰がコロナにかかってもおかしくない状況になっております。

当院や他医療機関でコロナ陽性と診断された方へ・・・

①まず、すぐに千葉県から携帯電話にSMSメール（ショートメール）が来ます。

②それには療養上の注意やイマビス（感染者事前登録システム）の案内があります。

③毎日の健康状態を報告するマイハーシスに登録します。

５０歳未満で基礎疾患のない方と５０歳以上または基礎疾患がある方に分かれます。

療養場所の決定通知が来ます。

発症日を０日として１０日間の自宅待機です。

隔離解除については今は保健所からの通知がないです。

１０日間経って、かつ症状軽快後７２時間たっていれば

療養解除になります。

(1) First of all, you will immediately receive an SMS (short text message) from Chiba Prefecture to your cell phone.

(2) In the SMS, you will receive information on medical treatment and Imavis (pre-registration system for infected people).

(3) Register for MyHasis, which reports your daily health condition.

There are two categories: those who are under 50 years old and have no underlying diseases,

and those who are over 50 years old or have underlying diseases.

You will be notified of the decision of your place of treatment.

You will be kept at home for 10 days, with the day of onset as day 0.

There is no notice from the public health center about the lifting of quarantine at this time.

If it’s been 10 days and 72 hours after the symptoms are gone

the patient will be released from treatment.
